The location of the hotel was perfect, close to public transport and shopping areas. It made getting around the city really convenient. the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns we had.

One major downside was the condition of the bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with super clean rooms and tidy common areas. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped bar and a computer with a printer to use. The location was perfect, as it was only a short walk to the metro station, making it convenient to visit all the popular sightseeing places in this city. there was a bus station nearby that provided easy access to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist me. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and was a great way to start the day.

Lovely bed, designer room, warm, perfect breakfast. Pretty quiet area, central location right by Berlin, S-Bahn and the train.

During my recent stay at Park Plaza, I was pleased with the fantastic location. Being close to both U and S trains made exploring Berlin so convenient. there were several good restaurants nearby, making it easy to find delicious meals. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. The presence of a safe and fridge in the room added to the convenience. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed. Park Plaza met all my requirements and I will definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Berlin in the future.

I recently stayed at this venue and had a fantastic experience. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shopping around 800m away at the SBahn. I was able to easily explore this area or venture out to other central Berlin locations. The service was impeccable with room amenities including air conditioning, an electric kettle, and soundproofed rooms. I took advantage of the sauna and fitness center which were both excellent and found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was a highlight with a wide selection of options, including special diet menus.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and the convenient location for exploring the city. The availability of a computer and printer for guest use and the free wifi were also valuable amenities. The range of international TV channels was a nice bonus. Additionally, the breakfast options were amazing, offering both hot and cold dishes.
